Debut CD from Ohio's surf rockers The Original Onions. "Grill Skills" features blistering guitar solos, catchy melodies and crooning sax. The band covers artists as diverse as Henry Mancini and A Flock of Seagulls, plus handles a healthy dose of original guitar rock.

Files Now Work In iTunes
It took me a couple years, but the files are now finally iTunes-compatible. These are Lame V0 encoded MP3 files and sound really nice.

technical glitch
I'm having trouble playing these MP3s in iTunes. Anyone else having that problem? I can play them in musicmatch, so I know the files aren't corrupted. Musically, this stuff is great. I love this version of Back on the Chain Gang. I think it captures the melancholy and joy of the song even better than the original. Now, can someone help me with iTunes issue.

Now if only there were some girls in my apartment...
I just listened to "Music to Watch Girls By" and it's real good. I'm definitely gonna check out some more songs. I'm from Ohio too and it's sweet to know that good local music is somewhere in this state. Also, me and my friends just started a site called TravelingMouth
Band.com and we're running a competition where musicians can win a 12"LP with their song on it and 50 bucks. Its free and doesn't take much effort to participate. This band should definitely enter, they're way better than anything thats on there now.

This is instrumental surf rock music at its best. Good variety and clever arrangements.

Refreshing
There isn't a lot of surf rock music available and this stuff is pretty decent. This would be good to hear this live I hope they add some live material to this site.
